Welcome, All products and designs are copyright by Tange Design. My designs are solely intended for personal use, and may not under any circumstances be redistributed, used for commercial purposes or as part of a commercial enterprise.
Digital manipulation (cutting, pasting, use in any digital form) is prohibited.

Payment:
Please complete your order by paying at checkout. I accept Paypal payments, and no orders are processed until payment is received.

Shipping:
In stock items may take up to 3-5 days to process before shipment. For Items shipped within the United States, delivery via USPS is the most economical method, and generally takes 3-5 business days. If there is any urgent need, please let us know and we can advise the fastest way to get there with additional shipping fee.

Please be sure to provide me with the proper address to ensure timely delivery.

*** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All items shipped outside the US will be shipped via International First Class which will take approximately 5-10 business days. It is the most economic method to ship abroad, however, it is also the slowest and tracking & insurance are not available using this shipping method. Also, please keep in mind that we have absolutely NO control over the time in which customs takes to process your package.
If there is any urgent need, please let us know and we can advise the fastest way to get there with additional shipping fee.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may receive a full refund if you contact me within 3 business days after receipt of product(s). We do not accept return product after 3 days. A return authorization with instructions will then be provided. Return delivery charges will be solely customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed when products in original unused condition are received back. Shipping/delivery fees will not be refunded. Custom made is nonrefundable.
